Caitlin Greiser was the hero for the Saints on Friday night in their breakthrough AFLW victory over Melbourne. A dominant presence up forward, she put an exclamation mark on her outstanding performance with her late long-range bomb giving her team the lead late.
Her efforts were enough to make the football world take notice, the young gun receiving selection in the Team of the Week, Nominations for the Rising Star and Goal of the Week.
After the public voted, Greiser’s goal came out trumps and was declared Goal of the Week for Round Three.
